Courtesy of our friends at Planteray Rum, here's a Mai Tai recipe using their infused pineapple rum. Try it for your next outdoor party, or even just for a delightful brunch-time cocktail.
Ingredients 1 oz Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple 1oz Xaymaca Special Dry 1/2 oz Ferrand Dry Curaçao 3/4 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice 1/3 oz Orgeat syrup 1/4 oz Sugar syrup SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Serve in an old-fashioned glass Garnish: Half lime wedge, mint sprig and fruit stick (skewered pineapple cubes and Luxardo Maraschino cherry)
